"How can we transmit to citizens the meaning and added value that CUTS has?"

My contribution

From understanding sessions with the product owner, I designed a video that explains in a timely manner the meaning, the usefulness and the benefits that are obtained by making use of its "Clave Única de Trámites y Servicios".

The result

This video served as the first approach with citizens of the new way of carrying out procedures with the government. The launch of this video was very important, since the user of the CUTS became a requirement to make their requests and most people in the Mexico State did not know this way of carrying out procedures.

This video is also complemented with the CUTS components diagram.
