"We need to prevent citizens from being victims of extortion by people posing as government servants"

My contribution

From interviews I identified the most common points in which the extortions take place. I designed an informative video published in the Administrative Services Centers and strategic places of the Mexico State, showing the citizens the most common forms of extortion.

The result

Thanks to this video, people began to question the services offered by people outside government offices and even in mobile units. Substantial reduction of extortion cases with procedures and services.
