My contribution

From the information gathered in the face-to-face training sessions, as well as their most frequent questions, I started planning a video that would help to see the users that the migration process is simple and quick to carry out. This audiovisual guide presents concrete texts and is enriched with graphics that make it easier for users to visualize technically what they should do at each phase of the process.

The result

This material has been very important to have a first approach with the users to explain clearly the steps to follow to achieve a successful migration. Thanks to this material, the training process was greatly streamlined, preventing remote users from having to move to the offices.
